Build a meeting bingo board
The starter list contains 16 meeting events, including Muted microphone, Screen share, Agenda, Action item and Next slide. Players mark an event when it happens during the call. This differs from human icebreaker bingo, where each square describes a person to meet.
Replace the sample events with phrases or moments your team recognizes. Keep prompts light and about the meeting rather than a particular colleague. Define a match clearly: for example, Screen share counts when someone starts sharing their screen.
Generate printable conference call bingo cards
Use the preset 4×4 board for all 16 events. Choose 3×3 for a shorter round, or add eight more distinct prompts for a 5×5 card with a free center. Extra entries let different cards include different subsets of events.
Set a quantity from 1 to 100 and generate a shuffled batch. Download a PDF on Letter or A4 with one, two or four cards per page. There is no account requirement or paid limit for creating another batch.
Share digital cards with remote participants
From the download screen, save the ZIP of individual .bingocard files and send one different file to each participant. Players open the bingo card player and select their file, then tap squares as events occur.
The cards do not join a hosted room, listen to the meeting or synchronize marks. Share the rules and any calls through your usual meeting tool. For more detail on file sharing, see the virtual bingo card generator.
Set the rules before the meeting
Agree a row, diagonal or full-card pattern and a start and end time. Decide how participants should announce bingo without interrupting the meeting. Ask for the marked events and confirm they occurred before declaring the result.
For a social introduction activity instead, use the human bingo generator. It asks players to find people who match prompts, so it has a different purpose from this meeting-event game.
