The service
Bingo Generator provides free browser-based tools to create bingo cards, PDFs and digital card files, and to call numbers or words. No account is needed and there is no paid tier. Batch sizes and file limits are shown in the tools and may change.
Acceptable use
You may use the tools for personal, educational, community and business events. You must not:
- use the site or its outputs for unlawful gambling, or present it as a regulated gaming service;
- put unlawful, hateful or harassing content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights, on cards you share;
- try to disrupt, overload, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server;
- copy the site as a whole or present it as your own service.
Your content
Words, titles and pictures you add stay yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for having the right to use the pictures, song titles and other material you add, and for the content of cards you print or share.
Intellectual property
The website design, code, icons, template lists and page text belong to Bingo Generator. You may print and share cards you make with the tools, including cards based on our templates, for your own events. Inter, the typeface used on the site and in PDFs, is licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
Hosting games and prizes
You are responsible for how you run your game, including any prizes, entry fees and the rules you announce. Some places regulate games with paid entry or prizes; check what applies before charging or awarding anything of value. The disclaimer explains the limits of the tools.
Links to other sites
If a page links to another website, that site is outside our control and its own terms and privacy practices apply.
Availability and changes
The site is provided free of charge and as available. It may change, be unavailable for maintenance or be withdrawn. Features, limits and these terms may be updated; the version on this page applies from the date shown.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, such as a misprinted batch or a disputed game result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
